Madonna's second greatest hits album condensed her 1992-2001 career into a tidy little 15-song package. While no new songs are included, nine of the tracks hit the U.S. top ten, and all but one were U.K. top tens. (The lone dissenter was "Take A Bow," which hit No. 16 in the U.K., but was her biggest hit in the U.S., spending seven weeks at No. 1.) To launch the album (which hit No. 7 in the U.S. and No. 2 in the U.K.) special mega-mixes of the "GHV2" hits were created for radio and dance clubs. The tracks -- remixed by Thunderpuss, Tracy Young and Johnny Rocks and Mac Quayle -- were a hit in dance clubs.
