Madonna's performance at this concert was unforgettable! she sang and danced from one end of the stage to the other , did costume changes , and had us all screaming with admiration. About half way thru the concert, it began to pour rain, and giants stadium at that time was an outdoor stadium. I had floor seats for this concert, and as the rain came down many people ran to leave the concert for fear of lightening. Madonna sang and danced thru it all. Because people left mid concert on the floor , my friend and i where able to make it all the way to the very stage! One of the last songs she sang, was Live to Tell. The stadium shut all lights out and there was a single spot light that shined on her as she sang in the rain. We all stood there, in the rain with her and you could see the rain on the entire lenght of the spotlight reaching to her, probably a 100ft . It was a performance that i will never forget, along with many others who stood there in the rain with her that summer night. I m such a huge fan , that i had gotten the tickets to that concert by being on line at a ticketron place somewhere in Hackensack , N.J. over 24 hours before the ticket sales started, and i was able to bring 5 people with me on that great night. Madonna you are the best, then and now! and if you ever read these comments, thank you for that night in particular, and thank you for all your wonderful music and art.
