Avalanche
In this concert I almost died in an avalanche crushed in the queue of access ... the best, became friends at that time.
The concert almost did not see ... I could not even covered their heads in the front rows. |

M in Paris
This was one of the most special Madonna concerts I\'ve been to as it was part of my honeymoon. We got married the day before in the UK and flew to France to start our honeymoon in style. Funny enough, there was an error in the booking process, and we couldn\'t get 2 seats together. So me and my new hubby, had to watch Madonna seated \"Miles Away\" from each other. : )
The show was fantastic. M rocked the venue, and The Confessions Tour holds a very special place in my heart now. : ) |

Confess Your Love For Madonna - 2011 Bir
August 27, 2006 - the night I dreamt of my entire life; a night I will never forget for the rest of my life.
Having grown up a fan of yours, Madonna, since an early age (8 years old to be exact); your music meant more to me than anything in the world. I had your posters covering every inch of my bedroom wall, would stay up at ridiculous hours to watch you perform live on television and web streams, watch your concerts religiously, and play your music so much it would drive my family and friends crazy.
My dream was always to see you live. As I live in Australia, I knew deep down in my heart that it was likely I would never get the chance; but I would never give up hope of seeing my Queen live. I was only 3 years old when the Girlie Show toured Australia; and I knew if a Madonna couldn\'t make it to Australia, I would need to make it to a Madonna concert.
Madonna, your music gave me two of the greatest gifts at such an early age, qualities I cannot express how grateful I am to have you pass onto me through your music; courage and strength.
It was because of you I was able to come to terms with my identity, and be proud of the person I was born to be.
At 16 years old, at the loving support of my amazing and accepting parents, I would actually make it to a Madonna concert.
I would watch \'In Bed with Madonna\'/\'Truth or Dare\', almost every day, and more recently at that point, \'I\'m Going To Tell You A Secret\'. The atmosphere that was captured in the footage of those performance made me know that if I were to see Madonna live, it had to be at Palais Omnisport de Bercy in Paris.
Travelling on my own to a foreign country, at age 16, and not even knowing a great amount of French is something I reflect on almost 5 years later in disbelief. But it was all determination in having my dream of seeing Madonna live come true.
I lined up three days prior to the actual date of the concert, not knowing anyone, just to secure a close spot to get the best possible view. I was lucky enough to meet a lot of other wonderful fans who all shared my passion.
When the evening came, after days and hours of waiting in the freezing Paris cold, we were finally admitted entry, I ran as fast as I could, and secured my spot; stage right, directly in the corner of the main stage and the runway.
As the lights in Bercy went out, every bit of emotion I could feel at once came over me. The bass pounding through the intro of \'Future Lovers\' could not compete with pounding from my heart. Whenever I watch the DVD of the \'Confessions Tour\', I literally get chills reliving the opening of the show, every time I press play. Jonas Ã
kerlund captured the exhilarating opening, and the anxiety I felt waiting for that disco ball concealing you to burst open, so perfectly in the DVD.
I could not believe I was where you were when you performed for the footage from \'Truth or Dare, and \'I\'m Going To Tell You A Secret\'; which I would watch in awe religiously, in hope of having the opportunity, which in that moment I was living.
Madonna was all the way at the end of the runway, and at that point, all I wanted was for her to get closer to the main stage. I won\'t forget as she paddled her feet to the main stage for \'I Feel Love\', each step getting closer to me. My heart sank with each step, as Madonna made her way only inches away from me. She looked breathtaking. It was the shocking discovery that this woman, I admired and worshipped like a religious figure, was human and real; not just a poster in my room, or a photo in a magazine.
Madonna looks even more stunning in person, than even, how beautiful she is photographed in print and video.
I could not believe that I was front row, in Paris, witnessing the greatest show I could have dreamed of. As much as I love the escape of Madonna\'s dance anthems, which can cheer you up in one listen, when nothing else is able to pick you up; I love her ballads the most.
The highlight of the entire show for me was when she performed \'Drowned World/Substitute For Love\', only an arm reach away from where I was standing.
To say that \'Confessions Tour\' is the greatest live show is an understatement. I stayed in Paris to attend the other power-house performances that followed. But that first concert, my first concert, will forever be precious and sentimental.
Two years later in 2008, I returned to Paris for \'Hard Candy, and to North America for \'Sticky & Sweet\'.
Just when you think you have witnessed the best from your Queen, she exceeds your expectations. It\'s not that each tour after the next is \"the greatest live show\"; it\'s that Madonna is the greatest live entertainer.
Happy Birthday Madonna, my Queen. I will never forget my first concert of yours in Paris, to my last concert of yours in Denver, when you spoke to me; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSVKQFvbq7Q
