Every cloud has a glittery lining...
A few days before I was about to see Madonna for the first time our house got burgled and my CT tickets were stolen. I was devastated, but my dad felt so bad he bought me new ones AND we got the other ones back, so I got to go twice! It was a phenomenal experience for me, 13 and with green hair, seeing Madonna for the first time. She sang my favourite song lucy star, it truly felt like she was singing it to me :) |

Madonna Confessions Tour Review
This tour was beyond epic.
This show changed my life.
I was 19 when I saw this performance and was totally gob smacked by the way Madonna grabbed the energy from the audience and pulled them into the palm of her hands. From the fabulous opening of \'Future Lovers\' with Madonna entering the stage via a gigantic disco ball to the penultimate \'Hung Up\', this show was a firecracker and I loved every minute of it! \'Live to tell\', one of my favourite Madonna songs revealed true artistic freedom and expression and gave me goosebumps from start to finish. \'Jump\' and âMusicâ made the audience go crazy and was a completely insane feast for the eyes. \'Let It Will be\' expressed Madonna\'s high voltage energy storm across the stage while the acoustic version of \'Paradise Not For Me\' showed a more vulnerable, softer side to Madonna which was beautiful to watch and gave you moment of calm and tranquillity. The remix of erotica was one of my personal favourites from the show for its choreography and theatrical simplicity, it made me feel so many different emotions and I loved the new take on the song. Confessions will stand the test of time and I am very honoured to have been apart of it. I thank Madonna and all the people who made the show one of its kind. A brilliant album matched up with a brilliant show, as always Madonna the showman killed it. I really miss those moments and will cherish them forever |
