By the time the Confessions Tour came to Fresno, I had already been writing the story of how Madonna had written the soundtrack to my life for two years; she came out on the music scene when I came out to my family, and we\'ve been together ever since.

To put into words how Madonna has changed my life through her music, well, it\'s very hard to do in one short message. Her soul has influenced mine in such a way that I can\'t possibley express it here.

My fondest memory of that June 5, 2006, was when Madonna held her microphone in my face at the very end of the show, while her cameraman filmed me and my partner singing, \"Hung Up\" to the top of our lungs. We found out later that our images were broadcast over the big screens. That had to be one of the most special Madonna connections I\'ve ever had.

My connection to Madonna\'s music has continued since then, and it\'s because of her connection to Kabbalah that I\'ve just completed one of the most amazing journey\'s of my life. Again, the words are hard to find to express how much she\'s effected my life. To say that I love her and her music is an understatement. It goes much deeper than that.
