Finally in OZ!
My introduction to Madonna was Like A Virgin being played on Countdown by Molly Medrum, from that moment Madonna's music was my world. I was 15 years old at the time of the concert and the main memory I have is when the tour was announced I was so determined not to miss out and the weeks leading up to the concert I would hold my ticket to remind myself yes she's coming. At the time of the concert I was to young to appreciate the professionalism and work that goes into such an event and am so glad I witnessed one of the best performers of her generation. Thank you Madonna for all your hard work throughout your career especially inspiring confidence in people through your music and positive energy. Hope to see you perform live again.xx |

First time
I was 19. I'd loved Madonna for 10 years at the time, and previous to this I thought I'd never see her live. It was amazing. I slept out for 3 nights to get tickets and was front row. She was perfect - as was Donna, Nikki & Carlton. I have seen her live and doing 'Up for Grabs' over the years when living in London, but nothing compares to the first time!!! |
