I was 17 and it was THE most anticipated, exciting moment of my life. I couldn't believe I was gonna see Madonna live...
Actually I "slept" on the sidewalks outside the stadium one night before the concert to make sure I could get as close as possible, and boy did I...
I also will never forget that she soundchecked at about 3PM and was wearing a white leotard and sweat pants, no make up but wearing the different shoes as she rehearsed the songs (erotica, deeper and deeper, vogue and rain).
In the show that night she sang a version of Girl of Ipanema to please the crowd.
I just love Madonna! It's so good to be fan of someone for so many years and still see her toping herself each time.

OMG!! I was there in front of the stage... just 3 meters and I almost touch Madonna! Amazing!!! And now I'm here in Toronto and I can't wait to see Madonna's Concert September 12 at Air Canada Center!!! I'm sooo excited!!! Can't sleep!!!!!!! |
