How do you access Icon ticket pre-sales?

Icon members who already possess a pre-sale code may enter an active pre-sale immediately. Login to the site, then go to the TOUR page. The top of the page displays your unique pre-sale code (your account profile page also displays your assigned code). The tour schedule displays the list of tour dates and related links for tickets and VIP Packages.

PRE-SALE SCHEDULE:
Generally, Icon pre-sales begin on Tuesday mornings @ 10AM local time, and end Thursday afternoons @ 3pm (Europe) / 5pm (North America). There are exceptions, so always check the tour page for specific information about your city's schedule.

If a ticketing system supports tiered member access, our schedule will be as follows:

10AM local time: Lifetime Legacy members
11AM local time: Icon Live Pass members

If a ticketing system does not support tiered access, then all members will have pre-sale access at 10AM.

What is the Icon Live Pass?

The Icon Live Pass is a premium service offered to registered Icon members, which includes:

-	Access to exclusive Icon ticket pre-sales.* (4-ticket limit)
-	Access to the 2012 Tour Forums in Icon Community
-	Choice of a special 24"x36" tour poster, a commemorative 2012 Tour laminate, or a $5 Online Store coupon
-	Membership into Icon, the official Madonna fan club.

*Your Live Pass pre-sale code is valid for the current week of pre-sales. At the conclusion of the pre-sale week (Thursdays @ 3pm [Europe] / 5pm PT [North Am.]), your code will expire. All sales are final. Access to tickets is subject to availability, offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Please respect our TERMS OF SERVICE. If a member is found to be abusing or manipulating the pre-sale code and access, we reserve the right to revoke the member account privileges without refund.

How do LEGACY pre-sales work?

Lifetime Legacy members are assigned a pre-sale code that they can use to access weekly ticket pre-sales. This passcode is valid to purchase up to 4 tickets in a given pre-sale week*. After a pre-sale week ends, these codes will reset so they can be applied to the following week's pre-sale.

On ticketing systems that supports tiered member access, Legacy members will receive a courtesy 1-hour early entry @ 10AM local time. If the ticketing system does not support tiered access, then all members will have pre-sale access at 10AM local time. Visit the TOUR page to find out when pre-sales begin for your city.

Visit your Account Profile page and check your Member Level status. It will display Lifetime Legacy ICON Platinum Member if you are an Icon Legacy member.
